Sebastian is a Data Archivist in the Australian Data Archive (ADA) at the Australian National University. He holds a Master of Science degree in Statistics and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Ljubljana. Sebastian joined the ADA in 2015 after he was awarded the Endeavour Executive Fellowship Award. Prior to his current role, he was employed by the Slovenian Social Science Data Archives and worked closely with the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia in micro-data dissemination. Sebastian is a member of the DDI Controlled Vocabularies Group and is also currently working on the European Union funded project Eurostudent as a statistician and research methodologist at the Centre of the Republic of Slovenia for Mobility and European Educational and Training Programmes. He is particularly interested in survey methodology, applied statistics and data protection, as well as in higher education research.
