Survey on Wellbeing, Health and Life in general

The main aim of this online survey research project is to explore ways to replace existing, expensive survey methods with cheaper, more flexible methods. We would like to study response, accuracy and representation in survey research using this Random Digit Dialing sampling method and online survey mode.

To thank respondents for participating in the survey, we offer randomly selected participants a chance to win one of two $100 WISH Gift Cards. Those respondents who complete the questionnaire, as well as provide their email address and their phone number, can enter our prize draw which will be held on Wednesday November 25th 2020.

The winners of the prize draw on November 25th are: Judy Collis and Chris Bullard. Congratulations! We would like to thank all other survey respondents for participation.
