Ramsay Foundation backs uni future for 1000 Indigenous kids

Australia’s largest philanthropic foundation has set its sights on backing reform of Australia’s education system while building a pipeline of Indigenous leaders.
The first recipient of the Paul Ramsay Foundation’s new round of Indigenous education grants, valued at $19 million, is a program that has already shown it can double year 12 completion rates, triple Australian Tertiary Admission Rank attainment and double the proportion of Indigenous students who go to university compared with the national average.
